Thoughts are ideas or opinions produced by thinking or occurring suddenly in the mind. Mindset is a person’s way of thinking and their opinions. We look at the difference between having a fixed mindset or a growth mindset and how shifting our thoughts towards a growth mindset can make us aware of more opportunities in our lives.
Adjust your attitude
We may not have a choice as to what is happening in our lives, but we can always choose our attitude. Two people can have totally different approaches towards challenges. We explore our attitudes and how these affect our decisions.
Relationships
The relationship we have with ourselves is the most important relationship of all. When we think well of ourselves, it is easier for us to relate to others. The starting point is to feel good yourself. If you think well of yourself , then you will find it easier to make and sustain good friendships.
Manage Your Anger
Anger is a natural emotional response to a perceived threat or pain. Because anger involves intense unpleasant feelings, we may pretend it does not exist, but this denial of anger can result in ill health and emotional outbursts. We learn to understand what triggers our anger, how to acknowledge this feeling and how to deal with our anger in a healthy manner.
